This is how we doubled a small ecommerce websites sales in 2 Months!

Hey Reader,

I know how tough it can be to grow your ecommerce business, but I want to share some exciting news with you!

At the agency we recently worked with a small ecommerce business and helped them achieve an incredible milestone.

We doubled their sales in just 2 months!

Going from $24,000 to $57,000 was a huge win for our client, and I'm excited to share the exact strategies we used to make it happen.

The best part? I'm about to share the simple steps in how we did this with you!

Step 1: Get to Know Your Customers

Take some time to think about your customers' pain points.

What problems do they face, and how can your product solve them?

Make a list of their concerns and keep it handy.

The more you know about your customer the better. We have a whole course dedicated to this subject in the InnerCricle. If you want to unlock the profits in social media this is the key.

Step 2: Catch Their Eye

Use eye-catching images on your website and social media to grab your customers' attention.

Make sure your product images are high-quality and showcase the benefits of your product.

UGC is great but we are seeing a big push towards high quality content again.

Step 3: Automate Your Emails

Set up email automations using tools like Klaviyo to:

  • Remind customers about abandoned carts
  • Offer discounts for checkout abandonments
  • Send thank-you notes and upsell opportunities
  • Encourage customers to come back and shop again

Not using Klaviyo, that's fine all of the other email platforms have most of the automations available.

Step 4: Optimize Your Website

Make sure your website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.

Use ads to drive traffic to your site and focus on converting visitors into customers.

If your ads are doing their job and people are landing on your product page you don't want to miss out because your website doesn't match the ad promise.

We have a website conversion optimisation checklist available in the InnerCircle.

Step 5: Acquire New Customers

Don't just rely on repeat business! Use social media and ads to attract new customers and grow your audience.

A strong organic strategy needs to be put in place to grab the attention of new potential customers at the top of your marketing funnel.

Step 6: Upsell and Cross Sell

To sell more, we needed to get each customer to buy more things. This was a big step in selling twice as much in two months!

We did this by offering related products, like "you might also like..." (that's called cross-selling), showing them better versions of what they wanted (that's upselling), and making it easy to add more things to their cart with just one click (one-click checkout upsells).

This helped us make more money from each customer, and it worked really well!

Step 7: Keep Them Coming Back

Use email marketing to keep in touch with your customers and encourage them to come back and shop again.

Offer loyalty discounts, exclusive deals, and personalized offers to keep them engaged.

Following these simple steps, you can:

  • Increase your average order value (AOV).
  • Boost your conversion rate to 5% or higher
  • Get a return customer rate of 46.7% or higher

That's it! These strategies are simple yet powerful. Take action today and let me know how you go

Best of luck, and happy growing!
Tristan

Why People Don't Buy From You (and How to Fix It)

Hey Reader, I want to share something important that I learned the hard way: when people have questions or concerns about what you’re selling, it doesn’t mean you’ve lost them. It’s actually a normal part of the process! People typically don't buy from you for three big reasons: They don’t want what you’re selling. They don’t trust you. You have confused them. When people ask questions or have doubts, it’s not a bad sign. It’s just part of the journey! The real challenge is getting people to...

Convert More Visitors: 5 Steps to Proven Page Success!

Hey Reader, Are you ready to maximize your profits without increasing your ad spend? Today, I'm sharing five proven tips to skyrocket your product page conversion rates and drive your store's revenue to new heights. Your product page is your online storefront, and it's crucial to get it right. It's divided into two main sections: Above-The-Fold (ATF): The first impression that loads before users scroll. Below-The-Fold: The content that follows. The ATF section is where the magic happens, much...
